It works through the video analysis taken with the cameras installed in the stores.
The advantage is that it doesn’t need thermal cameras, it is compatible with any IP camera. Through the cameras’ images the software detects, via Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Vision, which are the areas that have been busier inside the store, and therefore, which are the areas that have been frequented the least by customers.
With this information, the software draws a heatmap, where the red tones indicate the areas with higher frequency, the orange areas indicate a medium-high frequency, the green areas a medium-low frequency, the blue areas a low frequency and the areas without a tone would be the “dead zones”, where the clients practically don’t pass by.
In addition, from our user’s area we will be able to chose the day and the timespan when we want to obtain the heatmap, and the visualization of the colour tones.
